B. The normal turnaround time is at least 30 business days, it will take you about 30 days to get it from the date you place the order.
If you choose VIP sculpture service and FEDEX shipping, the turnaround time is at least 15 business days.
More modificaitons will take more time to get it.
C. Our bobbleheads can be shipped to any country in the world.
D. If you can not find any model online that close to your idea, you can choose "100% custom bobblehead" and design the bobblehead completely by yourself.
E. The producing for Smiling Face and Non-smiling Face is totally different, so please be cautious when you choose the picture for the bobblehead doll.
How long does it take to receive my product?
There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping during you place a order. It will take at least 15-40 business days to get your bobblehead from the next day you place your order.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged bobbleheads, please take photos and contact us soon, we will redo it for free to replace. ( Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.
The parcel usually arrives at the destination 13-15 days after delivery. In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

Refunds Before Shipping
Figure Bobblehead offers a "No questions asked“ money back guarantee that is valid during the creation process of your custom figurine. This means that you can cancel your order anytime pre-shipping. In order to avoid non-serious orders, a cancellation fee of 30% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering. This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders. In case you order more than one custom doll, the prototype (first sample) will be treated in accordance with our "No questions asked" money back guarantee, however, after the approval of the prototype by the customer, no more refunds are possible for the complete bulk order.
Refunds After Shipping
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made in accordance with the specifications provided by our customers, applicable laws don’t require us to accept returns or grant refunds.
However, while we accept cancellations before shipping (for single orders - not bulk orders) we are unable to accept such cancellations after you have received the custom-made doll. Figure Bobblehead has complimentary proofing available for most sculpting options, thus, your satisfaction is guaranteed during the proofing process.
Damages During Shipping
* Our bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur.
However, if this unlikely event happens to you, please contact us within 48 hours, and file a report with this person in case of any damage and please provide Figure Bobblehead with the order number and photos of the damaged dolls.

Within 7 working days of completing your order, we will send an email confirming the proof of the face of the bobblehead. (only the face).
Please reply within 24 hours to approve or disapprove. During this period, we will follow your request to modify the proof, until you confirm to approve.
If you didn't reply within 24 hours, we will default that you have approve the proof and shipped.

2: The proof approved by default: That means to we default that you accepted the original proof.
* In the above circumstances, if you receiving the bobblehead and complain dissimilar, we will not provide redo and refund services.
Wrong Product From Warehouse
* Due to the negligence of the warehouse staff, you have received the bobblehead of other’s orders.

As the bobblehead is custom product from handmade, once the bobblehead put into production, no modification can be made.

This was my first bobblehead order. I was very nervous about sending the order through, given that all communications were via e-mail or text. I had many unanswered questions and had to guess a lot when I initially placed the order. In the end, I had to cross my fingers when I hit the "send order" icon. It would have been reassuring to be able to speak with someone at the start of the process. Still, I was very pleased at how closely and patiently customer service worked to provide me with the attention I required for my bobblehead. The quick and personalized responses were beyond impressive!
I wish I had taken a photo before gifting my order so that I could post it. Overall, the resemblance was close enough given that the photo I provided was not that great.
