There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping when you place an order. It will take 10-40 business days from the day you place your order to receive your bobblehead.

While we offer unlimited free revisions and a complimentary proofing process, every change will require an additional 2-5 business days.

Absolutely! We offer fully custom bobbleheads made from photos you provide. You can choose the pose, clothing, and other details to create a unique custom bobblehead that represents the person or character you have in mind.

Yes, you can customize the outfit for your bobblehead! Please note that changing the outfit style may incur an additional fee. Simply provide us with details or photos of the desired outfit, and we will create the bobblehead according to your specifications.

Yes, we most commonly create custom bobbleheads of cats and dogs; for other animals, we would need to assess the complexity of the design.

Yes, we provide proofs for the faces of custom bobbleheads (unless you have selected the fastest sculpting option, which is completed within 4 working days). Please note that since bobbleheads are entirely handmade, custom products, we cannot guarantee a 100% likeness to the photos you provide.

Once the face of the personalized bobblehead is complete, we will email you the proof based on the sculpting timeframe selected at checkout (typically 4–15 working days). For full-body custom products, we will also send a body proof for your approval.

Please reply with your confirmation within 48 hours. During this period, we will revise the design according to your requests until you are satisfied and confirm it.

If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, we will assume you have approved the design and proceed with shipping.
1. Confirmed design: Indicates you have approved the design and no further changes will be made.
2. Design confirmed by default: Indicates we assume you have accepted the original design.

* In the scenarios above, if you raise a complaint after receiving the bobblehead, we will not offer a remake or a refund.

Yes. Our custom bobbleheads are entirely handmade; if you are not satisfied with the custom figurine we have created for you prior to shipment, we will issue a refund.

To prevent orders placed without genuine intent (i.e., orders made purely for fun), a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. Once you have confirmed and received the figurine, refunds will no longer be available.

During public holidays, we will post our holiday schedule and arrangements on the website; generally, we resume doll production after the holiday ends, and email responses may be delayed.

During the Christmas season, due to a surge in order volume, production may take longer than usual. Please reply promptly to our confirmation emails to help us expedite processing your order.

We use high-quality polymer clay, a type of nontoxic, polychrome, and transformable material that can make your bobblehead very vivid and alive-looking.

If you select one of the pre-designed bobbleheads from our website, you simply need to provide a clear, front-facing photo of the face; we will then craft the outfit and pose to match the chosen model.

If you are ordering a fully custom bobblehead, you need to provide both a front-facing photo of the face and a full-body photo showing the desired pose and outfit.

We allow a free photo change within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, your order will incur an additional $40 charge, at which point the artist will need to remake the bobblehead because the facial expression varies across the photos.

We can help you add accessories to your bobbleheads. Please include a note when placing your order or email us at sale@figurebobblehead.com.

Please note that additional fees will apply based on the size and complexity of the accessories (such as chairs, guitars, or pets).

Besides PayPal, you can also pay your order by credit card. We support Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

If you are dissatisfied with your bobblehead, simply point out why you think the bobblehead doesn’t look like the real person, and we will make the changes as per your comments and send you new proofs until you are satisfied with the item.

Our breakage rate is extremely low. Each bobblehead is carefully wrapped in protective foam and packed in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding. If you receive a damaged bobblehead, please contact us at sale@figurebobblehead.com within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the damage, and we will be happy to assist you. (Digital photos of the damaged item are required to process a claim.)

We are unable to create a custom bobblehead of a celebrity or a professional athlete without their permission. If you can verify the relationship and obtain permission, we will provide an authorization form.

If this will not work for you, we can create a custom bobblehead of a celebrity or professional athlete’s body (same clothing, pose, body type, etc.) with a custom head of a friend, coworker, spouse, yourself, etc.
