How long does it take to receive my product?

There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping during you place a order. It will take at least 10-30 business days to get your bobblehead from the next day you place your order.

The time you receive your bobblehead
=Sculpture time +modify time + shipping time

Sculpture Service Option:
①Vip sculpture service: faster providing face proof within 4 business days.
②Normal sculpture service: providing face proof within 7-15 business days.

Shipping Service Option:
①FEDEX shipping: usually take 5-7 business days
②Standard shipping: usually take 10-15 business days

While we offer unlimited free revisions and a complimentary proofing process, every change will require additional 2-5 business days.


Can I change the destination country of my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email at within 48 hours after placing order. We can help right up until the parcel is shipped. Please send email to our email address with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

Please note: After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Please note that orders may take up to 15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.

Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Please note: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.


These charges must be paid for by the recipient. has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.


Shipping Damage

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged bobbleheads, please take photos and contact us soon, we will redo it for free to replace. ( Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).


Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.


Wrong Address

The parcel usually arrives at the destination 10-15 business days after delivery. In order to receive the products successfully, please provide the correct address information and keep the mobile phone free.

We will not be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address since the address used for shipping labels is pulled directly from the information you give us when placing your order. We do not manually type anything, so if the address is incorrect, it's not because we made a mistake. Please be mindful of auto-filled addresses!


Please note:

If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
